Level 60 PvP gear for transmog.
I was reading the topic on why the replica lvl 60 PvP gear was added and just wanted to say this... Why did you put a restriction on THE BEST, Hands down, Most amazing looking PvP gear your artists have ever pushed out, PvP gear that actually feels like you represent the alliance or the horde instead of "oh, look, I am on fire and I glow"! Yet, T1 and T2 is free reign to anyone who wants it?
Honestly, isn't it kinda unfair? I mean, if you are going to restrict the level 60 pvp gear, then you better restrict the level 60 raid gear! Is there any argument you can make as to why one is restricted but the other is not?
The level 60 PvP gear, and the tier 1-2 PvE gear are some of THE best looking sets ever! The PvE gear PERFECTLY captured each class! And the level 60 PvP gear captured each faction PERFECTLY! The horde and alliance vibes were AMAZING! You really felt like a member of the Alliance/Horde military!
Honestly, its wouldn't be so upsetting if we actually got some good looking PvP gear that represented each faction properly. PvP gear should match your faction. And honestly, sorry art designers... But you have failed to do that since pre bc. That is why the level 60 PvP gear is so sought after. Because its some of THE best looking pvp gear to ever be made! And the stuff is 8 years old!
Anyway, TL:DR. Either open it up for everyone to use, or put restrictions on the tier 1-2 raiding gear. Its an unfair bias and you know it. Either Restrict both, or restrict neither.
Oh, And honestly this wouldn't be such a big deal if you could get your art team to actually make good looking Alliance/Horde themed sets. As it stands, the only "Alliance" looking transmog that actually makes you feel like a member of the alliance is the Imperial set. Which the horde can get as well AND its only plate.
Mists of Pandaria is suppose to be the big PvP expansion right? How about some actual alliance/horde themeing...
