What did you play before World of Warcraft?
What game/mmo/ect. did you play before WoW?

I used to play Runescape >< I realized I hated the game and started playing WoW.

FFXI was my first MMO. I've played others since then, including WoW, off and on.
EverQuest. Once I became a more casual player, it was impossible to solo with any of my classes.
No MMOs.
I played Age of Empires/Age of Mythology mostly. Some console RPGs occasionally.

Runescape a long time ago, and I played Lineage for a sec. My favorite before WoW was EQ2. I liked all the race/class combinations :D
But I still stuck to dwarves...

i played guild wars beforehand
and looking back i did it so poorly
i don't even wanna go over the errors and stupidity i did in there (trying to run to a place too high of a level with the level 3 companions to "help" me get there - was the least noobish thing i did)
i slowed down with guildwars (still playable because no sub fee) and moved onto oblivion, then after i finished the dark brotherhood quest series, i started wow.
and then played wow for like 3 (4?) years and am waiting for MoP to come out
also playing skyrim and minecraft on the side

Never played an MMO before wow. Wow has been my 1st and only MMO.
I played FFXI because it was a FF game. I was introduced to the MMORPG genre there, and I uninstalled it about 15 minutes after I first played WoW.
