whats the best priest race for the horde
I don't mind playing any race for the horde but I would like players feedback on what horde race they believe to be the best priest.Thank You.
Troll because they are hawt! Just go with whatever you like racials dont really affect your dps/healing all that much and theres no priest racials anymore.
Unless your a spacegoat(healing racial), I don't know of much else other then BE racial(silence) that will affect your priest powas. Pick one that feels right to you and you like the questing experience with and go from there.

There's not really a best. Just pick the race you like the look of the most. As I just mentioned in another thread, no one is going to tell you you can't run the raid or heroic just because you chose one race over another for your priest. It's just not going to happen.
If racials are that important to you, go research the racials yourself and choose the ones you like best for priest.
On a thematic/cosmetic level, I am most fond of undead priests, both male and female.

The rule is simple: If it can be Forsaken, it should be Forsaken.
I was thinking of going with the discipline spec. because more than half the priest I come across our shadow and holy spec priest.

That makes sense because two-thirds of a priest's talents are holy and shadow, which is more than half.
Disc = lots of shields and damage soaking
Holy = lots of direct heals (not using shields as much)
Shadow = DoTs and channeled spells that cause damage
It's just a matter of picking the style you want and playing it. Playing something based on what other people are doing won't always be the most fun option.

I believe I can have fun with any spec if I roll a priest.I don't know what race I be going with but I do know I am going with the disc. spec and I removed blood elf from my list.
What kind of priest ur gonna play as? Shadow or holy or disc?
Goblins are good for their 1% haste
Troll are good for their racial ability
These both are good for pve
Taurens are good for their high survivability
Undead for their anti charm/fear
These are good for pvp
BE are good for their sprite
These are good for your eyes.

Don't forget the human spirit bonus. But, since the OP wants Horde, that's not really an option.

I would say undead- Love the lore and the quest lines plus being undead- yet a healer is kind of an oxymoron .. Cool combo in my opinion

If you are going to play a healer, there is no comparison to Blood Elves because of Arcane Torrent. If you are going to play Shadow, Goblins and Trolls both provide very good bonuses.

Endurance - 5% health increase
Cultivation - +15 Herbalism (Lifeblood = haste)
War Stomp - It's really annoying on my rogue to be going after a priest only to be stunned, so they can heal themselves up.
Endurance - 5% base health increase
FYP.
It's not as much extra health as you think it is.
And any race can get Herbalism and thus Lifeblood -- a +15 bonus to it doesn't get you anything extra.
I guess War Stomp is useful sometimes if you want to PvP.

Like Harlan noted, it's a 5% increase to your BASE health, not your health total. Your base health is your health before adding stamina from gear.
At level 85, that gives you around 2k health. Ice's bra has more base stamina than that. Endurance is nothing to write home about, so you can pretty much discount it when considering racials.
