Head/Shoulder enchants for Cata
What's the point of them being BoA if I have to grind the rep on my alts to use em anyway?
Just to make people angry.
because like 90% of the other crap that doesn't make sense in cata, blizz screwed it up, they had a beta in which they listened to nothing that players told them and released the game as screwed up as it was in alpha phase and they just haven't gotten to fix everything yet. But dont worry, they will.....soon...

I'm almost certain this was the case in Wrath as well.
Soon would be in patch 4.0.6. I haven't read anythign about this in the patch notes, which leads me to believe they haven't made any plans to do anything about it. My alts are sad. :(

In Wrath, they weren't BoA until later on. When they were made BoA, they didn't take rep for your alts to use them.

hey dont worry it only takes 17 heroics to get a rep from honored to exalted now lets see there are how many factions now?

No, in Wrath the rep enchants were BoA and only required rep to buy them. Your other characters could use them. The whole point was to not require players to do the same boring rep grinds for every character. This is just broken.
It's a bug. They'll be fixed in the next patch.

Naw you didnt need the rep but on one character to get them... I know becuase I only had 2 characters exalted with all the factions and was able to purchase the encahnts for every character I had
