Why does it say ZZZ under my character pic

i am confused why does it say zzz and flash yellow undermy characters picture and how do i get rid of it

That means you are in an inn or a capital city and are currently "resting". You gain double experience from killing monsters when rested than you would normally, but how long you stay rested for depends on how long you are in an inn or a capital city. "Resting" time also accumulates when you aren't online, so you should always log out in an inn or a capital city to get as much rested bonus XP as you can.

To add, your doubled experience shows on your experience bar in blue. Your normal (non-doubled) experience shows in purple.

You get a little bit of rested XP for logging out outside of an inn, but to maximize your rested XP, try to log out inside an inn or capital city.
