Resto Shaman Reforging
I have yet to find a decent resto shaman reforge scheme (you've failed me elitist jerks). Anyone have any tips?
If gear has crit and spirit- reforge spirit to haste

really it depends on your healing style. if you still heal like you did before the patch then mastery will not help you. personally I do at more single target healing now and as I am haste soft caped I have reforged crit and spirit to mastery and I feel it has helped out my HPS but I only raid 10 mans so I do a lot more tank healing than you would in a 25 man raid in which case mastery would probably be almost useless.
Crit is still better than Mastery. Crit increases your healing output at all levels of target health, not just when the target is low, and it provides the bulk of your mana longevity.

Mastery is useless period for resto shaman. Only reason I had it on my gear was for elemental which it is amazing for.
Well for starters, let's not forget that in cata 10 man and 25 man loot will be Identical. Yeah, the same exact loot. So, if you're healing 10 man as a resto shaman you might need to be doing some tank healing. Also lets not forget that this thing will be amazing for pvp
For tank healing more than anything else you want high crit, not mastery, for Ancestral Healing (10% less physical damage taken after crit). Additionally, how do you plan on keeping your mana up with stacking mastery? Stacking spirit too? Now your mastery is lower because you picked an output stat that only handles output and doesn't do double work with longevity too.
Mastery may end up being useful, however. I need to watch more videos, but if the Chimaeron fight that I've seen is an indication of the design route having massive raid-wide aoe that brings everyone below 25% health extremely often, that is one example of a situation where mastery would do well. That's if, and only if, they allow mastery to apply to all heals, including earthliving, which it does not currently.
Oh yeah that's another big strike against mastery currently, it effects about half of our heals instead of all of them.
