Our login system has detected a change

our login system has detected a change in your your access pattern, in order to protect the account, we require you to verify your identity via a message sent to the email address associated with this account.

The only problem with this is, there was no email sent!, when i click the link provided it takes me to password recovery when i try to do that i get an error saying that my email and name doesnt match!?

If i try to log into battle net with that account it says "This service is not available"

I have emailed support, opened a petition in game with this account and even called blizzard (their queue was full?)

Not sure what else i can do about it
