Launcher Requires Write Access Registry Key
Downloaded the 4.0.1 patch and has everything working. Today I bought the Burning Crusade upgrade and tried to install into my machine. It complains

I've tried right click to run as administrator and it doesn't work. Tried creating new acct with administrator right - doesn't work .. does not even work when i login as an administrator.
Help !!!
