Become UNSEARCHABLE on facebook
Guys.. if you are all worrying about your name being here because people can find you on facebook there are simple solutions..
1. TAKE YOUR DAMN PHONE NUMBER OFF OF FACEBOOK...seriously do you have brain cells?
2.Theres an option to be unsearchable on facebook.
3.Theres an option for your facebook to be unsearchable on any search engine.
4. Only become friends with people you know or have alot of mutual friends..
Sounds simple eh?

Did that a long time ago. That still doesn't fix the issue though. The players' RL names should not be unnecessarily given out with not tangible benefit to the players.
Not to mention public records and the myriad of other ways to find people outside of social networking sights.

I know about that on facebook, but how do you do it for google? And there's also alternatives one can use such as Bing, Yahoo, etc.

guys im hellbent against this idea..but dont be using facebook as an escuse. And theres an option on facebook for your facebook page not to pop up on google.
EDIT: Facebook page not to pop up on any search engine.. (i forgot exactly where it is but i did it a while ago and my facebook isnt popping up on any search engine.)

You don't. You can't take yourself off of a search engine through the search engine. You would have to take your info off of every search-able website that it is on. If it's on websites you have no direct control over, it's a royal pain in the but if not impossible. If you have any public records available online (some court documents etc.), you may not even get a say.
All in all you can make your facebook page unsearchable from anywhere and make it completely private.
A simple "how to" would be nice.
