Because you need 33 agility for 1% Crit.
Its wasted item points, if they put crit rating it would be better.

First let's see what agility does. It gives raises range AP, gives a bit of armor, and gives us crit %.
Of course we don't care about range AP. It's junk. The armor we get from agility is more or less insignificant. Of course everyone loves crit %, from the slowest MS warrior to the fast-twich fury warrior and even the stolid proct warrior loves it. Of course at what expense?
Now after my ramblings here it is: It's too spendy on item bonuses. We've already melted down agility=crit, but for cheaper costs I *think* you're better off with +crit straight from items. Agility is nice, but + crit is better.
And of course the in-fighting, cooperation, and eventual downfall of the Greek city-states is comparable to a video game, right? Or perhaps one is a bit deeper and requires incredible amounts of research, cross-references, and millions of dollars while the other is a... video game? Apples and oranges, apples and oranges :p.

Well, at least you tried. But what of all the "superiors" that know everything ( that shun you) when you say that warriors need SOME agility?

In summary, Warriors tend to ignore the dodge given by agi, hence - due to forum exagerations: "OMG Agility if for Noobs...!!" When in reality it just doesnt obtian crit at the cheapest item point rate.

I don't really understand the question any more. Are you asking why is agi better than crit rating, so that they put it on Deep Thunder, or are you asking, why is agi on Deep Thunder when crit rating is clearly superior?
The former is unanswerable, as the question is already faulty since agi isn't better than crit. The latter has been asnwered already.
