Blizz store
I recently tried to buy the pandaren pet but whenever I click on checkout it just refreshes the page, I then tried to go to the My Orders page but then I get this error messege.
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

So what should I do?

My guess is that the site is getting hammered.

My first attempt just refreshed the page, second attempt got me an error message.
Sad thing is that the customer support line gives me a busy single every time I try to call, and whats worse is my credit card has already been charged(I varified that on my credit card account website)
No code, no customer support, makes me a sad panda, Well a sad priest without an equally sad panda anyways.

You have 5 pending charges, they will be released in a few days, in the future don't "attempt" an online transaction more then twice.
The original poster most likely can solve their problem by using a different browser, you can solve your problem ( the inability to pay ) by calling Billing and Accounting Services.
Please note they cannot release your pending payment, they never received it.
The message said it was unable to process, one would assume that this means my account would not be charged. FAIL!
I don't know where else to go either. I ordered the two pets and when I got to the review and place your order page, I got the following message at the bottom of the page...

That line is non-stop busy. I don't want to keep trying to get through if Blizz knows there's an issue that they're working on. And if so, where would I find that info?

Yea i fixed my problem now it just won't let me Submit my credit card info.
Had the same problem trying to checkout via the North American Blizz store. Error message on final step. Annoying thing was it had worked 5 mins earlier when I bought one for a different account (didn't know you could gift at the time otherwise I'd have bought everything at once lol).
Pretty sure my CC has been charged (it's not showing todays transactions yet), but I hope it's as you said Hathios and it will be released soon.

Anyway, I tried through the European Blizz store and it's gone through just fine and I have my pets. :)

yeah I tried to buy lil k.t twice both times it failed and i checked my debit card statement online and i got charged twice O_O hope i will get my money back for those 2 charges.

Quoting myself so's you know what my response is about....
I finally got through to Blizzard Customer Support (There's at least a 15min wait to talk to someone). Basically the Blizzard Store was overwhelmed and they know about it and said to wait a day and try again. As for charges, if any that are pending on my credit card from today....pending charges =/= actual collected charges....I won't be billed twice.
I'm going to try again tomorrow morning with getting my pets.

I tried their customer support number and received only a busy signal. Then after several tries to get through to their support line (was trying for about an hour) I finally get through and it says they are closed (Literally 1 minute after they closed I finally got through)
NO idea why the line would be "busy" should have at least been able to get to the automated voice menu.

I've been trying to buy stuff off the store all day.. but keep geting that XML error.. ;l Is it my brower? Using IE7 I belive.. or is it just the servers? I really wanna buy my blizzard authenticator and Panda D;
If you haven't already, try the EU store rather than the US store, worked for me.
Me and my fiance' keep getting to the page where you "REVIEW" your order, then we click purchase - and it says "There was an error please call ###-####" and it's always busy.
I hope we don't get charged for as many times as we tried to submit it - I will be mad mad.

I really suggest you don't use the EU store, they charge 10 Euro for each pet, which is 14.84 US right now. So your getting charged almost 50% more by doing that.
Yeah Sharpen that is the only downside. But I'm impatient and lazy so an extra $6AUD doesn't really bother me lol.

I called billing support and they indicated it was due to a large amount of purchase traffic... Basically saying the pets were MUCH more popular than many of them expected... He indicated my previous attempts wouldn't actually be charged and to try again later...
Since then I've still not been able to complete a transaction...
