Alt;Modifier macro

Hello, and thanks for reading. I've looked around, but i've been unsuccessful in finding the format in which to make the macro work. I know i've seen some in the past, I just can't find any to look at.

Can someone help me set up,

No modifier, Disengage
Modifier; alt, Intemidation
