Lost boa gear?

so i was going to transfer over one last toon from my old server and i wanted to make sure i had all my BOA gear on that toon. However I can't seem to find my 2 boa daggers on any of my characters on either server. I think they may have been lost in the mail between the toons and transfers of toons. Is there any way to get them back?
