Dev team leak! new rogue legendary!
As im sure you've all found out, the new legendary is an agi dagger which im sure you've all dreamt about since BT days. Now through back channels and dodgy employees, there is information on the lore and potential stats and procs for the dagger. Here they are.
[Rim'Gar, Garona's Ultimate Regret]

Equip: Your melee attacks have a chance to cause insanity stacking 10 times. Once insanity reaches 10 stacks you release an instant melee attack for 110% weapon damage and grants Garona's inescapable will which grants 10% energy regeneration and a 15% movement speed increase for 15 seconds.

Lore: The Dagger used by Garona to slay King Llane. thought lost during the seige of stormwind, the dagger was destroyed by Garona herself, a shard of the cursed steel imbedding in her own heart when it shattered. A second shard was given to her son Med'an as a momento for a mother he would never know and a 3rd shard was given to Medivh so he would always remember the strength his love once had.
Players must once again brave the terrors of Kharazhan tower but this time discover the untold horrors of the upside down spire. If a hero could face and defeat Medivhs avatar at his strongest, a shard of Rim'gar might be found.
The council of tirisfal has bided its time long enough, now with the final battle with Deathwing fast approaching it is time for the guardian of tirisfal, Med'an, Son of Medivh and Garona Halforcen to step forward. If Garona was to be found, maybe Med'an would part with his shard of Rim'gar as thanks, no longer needing a memento.
Garona, now found, informs the council the final shard of Rim'gar no longer resided in her heart but in Blackrock mountain, deep in the lavas shed thought would destroy it. The shard is now in the hands of deathwings liuetenants.
With the dagger finally assembled, only a flame as harsh as deathwings heart could forge these shards into a whole.
