Pearl Harbor Day release of Cat not P.C.?
wowhead and mmo-champion are reporting 12.7 as the cat release date. They have good evidence; read the other posts for that,
don't want to add to the million people debating the merits of using a combination of blue posts, data mining, foreshadowing in quest
lines, and some logic to figure it out.
what i want to know is why people are offended that the release is the same day as Pearl Harbor?
Personally, I see aligning the release with a historical cataclysmic event to be kinda clever. Are any of you offended by it? I'm not.

i would guess that any date picked would be the anniversary of a terrible event, given humanities need to create them.

I had no idea there even was a Pearl Harbor day, which might represent a portion of the populace. In all honesty, though, who cares? How could you possibly construe any relation at all to either thing?

So you're going tell people when and how they should they mourn? So Dec. 7 should be stuck as an useless day of sitting around just because Japan attacked us? It happened half a century ago, people are over it. May as well mourn a day Romans burnt down a city.
